Whispering Telynor

Telynor trotting Telynor and Kylie Telynor ridden
Telynor trot Telynor in trees

2004 registered Welsh Cob stallion. Will be gelded in February 2008 as my Dales Stallion can't handle other stallions on his turf! Telynor is 14.1, he may or may not exceed 14.2 hh (we are waiting as long as possible to geld him in the hopes that he will remain under or at 14.2). With his 4 perfect socks and a blaze, Telynor is beautiful, sweet and a super mover! However, he lacks native courage and gets all of his "guts" from his handler or rider. Therefore, not for a beginner or timid rider but has all the athletic talent a strong amateur or professional equestrian would need. He is currently at 60 days under saddle and is still in professional training (price will increase accordingly). Click on the thumbnail images above for larger versions and see more pictures on Telynor's page.

Sale price: $7500.00.

Nessa trotting Nessa Nessa with cart day 3

Nessa is a stunning Clydesdale-Hackney cross mare with 3 socks and perfect blaze. She is an unbranded former PMU mare from Alberta, Canada. Nessa is a big puppy dog and will follow her "person" all around the ranch looking for treats and scratches. She is calm and very gentle but has plenty of "get up and go" when it's time to run or play with the other youngsters. She has the movement and personality to be an outstanding driving horse as well as a reliable trail horse and possibly a low level dressage mount. She turned 3 in June and has 70 days professional training under saddle, 45 days of ground driving, and about 30 days of carriage driving training, which will continue once she has her dental done in mid-December, so her price will increase starting January 10. We are very proud of Nessa and would love to see her go to a family who would show her occasionally (perhaps at the Draft Horse Classic in Grass Valley?) so folks can see what these PMU mares can do! Price negotiable to the perfect home. Click on the thumbnail images above for larger versions and see more pictures on Nessa's page.

Sale price: $5500.00.

Glory's Dark Mistress

Gypsy and Roger

"Gypsy" is a 3 year old registered Tennessee Walker mare. She is 15.3 and will mature to 16 hands plus. For the last 16 months she has been in pasture on the lower slopes of Mt. Diablo growing up and developing muscle and balance. She has super ground manners and is easy to catch. She has had some ground driving training. Superb running walk makes her both a great show ring and trail riding prospect. Currently in professional training; price will increase once she is working under saddle, but price is negotiable to the perfect owner who will help "Gypsy" reach her potential!

Ironhorse Giselle

Giselle standing
Giselle 1 Giselle 2

Giselle is a super sweet, extremely affectionate and very pretty Section C (Welsh Pony of Cob type). She has been in professional training for the last 3 months and is walk, trot, canter in the arena. She is just starting over fences. Giselle went to her first schooling show and picked up a 3rd place in her first class! Giselle gave us an adorable foal in 2005 from a Moriesian stud. She was a super mom and delivered easily. Would make a nice children's pony with additional, consistent training or a nice brood mare for Welsh crosses. Great home a must! See her foal "Keegan".

Sale price: $3200.00.

SOLD to Amy and Abby in Camino, California. We couldn't have asked for a better home for this lovely Welsh Pony mare!

Justice trot

Justice was foaled the same day as Keegan (May 25, 2005). He is out of our Belgian PMU mare Liberty and possibly sired by a TB or TB cross. He is beautiful and a lovely mover. We are guessing he will be 15.3 to 16hh. He is UTD on shots, worming and he stands well for the farrier. He is learning to lead, tie and trailer (he did really well when he traveled to UC Davis for his castration!). He is a very friendly gelding with lots of personality. We want the very best for Justice and his price will be negotiable for the right home. See more pictures of Justice.

Sale price: $850.00.

SOLD to Adrienne in Livermore, California. We wish you many years of happiness with Justice!

Davidsons Keegan Star
(Kasanova x Ironhorse Giselle)

Foaled on May 25, 2005, Keegan will be registered as Half-Welsh with the Welsh Pony and Cob Society of America. Keegan exhibits beautiful Welsh movement, which he gets from his Section C dam, and an undeniable presence much like his Moriesian (Friesian/Morgan cross) sire. Keegan has a very bold temperament and loves people. He is a beautiful bay with a small white star and two hind socks. He is UTD with vaccines and worming. Keegan was weaned in late September. More pictures of Keegan are here.

Sale price: $2500.00.

SOLD to Cena in Clayton, CA. We will be visiting you, Keegan, and Rose Petal often!

Davidsons Black Talisman
(Colliery Alick x Red Prairie Rose)

Foaled on April 28, 2005, Talisman is the first purebred Dales Pony foaled in California. He is being registered as a Section B with the Dales Pony Society in the UK. He could also be registered with the Dales Pony Society of America if you wish. He has a white star but no white on his legs or feet. Talisman is a very substantial colt with lots of bone. At three weeks he started exhibiting his sire's wonderful eye-catching trot. With his sweet temperament, substance, and movement we believe he would make a wonderful children's pony. He is UTD on vaccinations and worming. Talisman was weaned in late September. More pictures of Talisman are here.

Sale price: $6000.00.

SOLD to Dana in Olympia, Washington. We wish you many years of happiness with Talisman!
